Z10 is an innovative complex, located at number 10 of the Dzmebi Zubalashvili. The building was constructed between the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and today it has come down to us as a historic monument.

This project includes a building that was doomed to be annihilated. We decided to spend more than it was commercially calculated on this project and to preserve the historic building for Tbilisi. 

The history of this building begins in the second half of the XIX century, when Rustaveli Avenue finally became the cultural, financial, and administrative center of the city. Over time, new shops, houses, and other buildings were added to these areas. By the ’50s and ’60s, new European 3-4 story buildings were entered by Zubalashvilis and other businessmen. The impact of this European design clearly conveys the current outline of Dzmebi Zubalashvili Street. This exact design is what influenced the creation of building number 10. The building was originally a dwelling construction with a half-basement, and fortunately, it still retains the beauty, which our team has embraced and given new life. 

Rehabilitation of the building began in September 2018 with funding from Sodi Investments. The process is carried out by maintaining the appearance of the original structure.

The building is a three-story, brick-built construction with special features of brick facade details, stained glass windows, blinds, and an inner courtyard. Of course, the rehabilitation process is designed to maintain this unique look, with the addition of modern and innovative elements.

Our vision is a contrasting result that preserves the spirit of old Tbilisi, its ancient architectural details and modern, warm, and comfortable interior.

Upon completion of the project, everyone will be able to receive high-quality service from the restaurant on the first floor of the building. Families, friends, business travelers, and other visitors will be able to relax in the modern and comfortable apartments at Z10.
